So I went back to the building recently with a client and its still the best deal in Manhattan app. 600 a sf but now they only have 3 apts that are 1100 sf asking 740 750 and 790(cause it has 2 bedrooms w windows added)  I swar the space is great and the bldg is new new all amenities and a 14 yr tax abatement.

The 3 apts are negotiable to 700 maybe a little better it depends but the sponsor may  pay some of the closing costs.   Per sf its still the best deal in Manhattan.  Also the building is 95% sold out that says something:  No problem getting financing and they will accept 10% down

The space is sooo karge that you can add 2 bedrooms by way od walls or glass doors the one for 790 has 2 rooms built and is being used as the office.  The cc is 925 because of the huge space you can add family members as the family grows
